SMART-C2 TRAINING PLAN

Modular System Adapted from Technological Networks for Cooperation and Competitiveness. Plan for training and adaptation to organizational innovation for entrepreneurs in the Duero-Douro EGTC territory.

Description of the activity

Elaboration of formative modules adapted to the Business Groups, as well as the strategies of internationalization adopted for the export and the introduction in new markets.

Action 1: Definition of the training modules of the SMART-C2 Training Plan.

Based on the strategies of internationalization and Business Groups will define the modules best adapted to their needs.

The definition of the training contents will be adapted to the needs of the entrepreneurs and to the collaborative strategy chosen to develop their export strategy. The training contents will be grouped in modules whose theme will be adapted to the state of technology of each business grouping.

These modules will be directed towards the teaching and the use that the networks based on the most modern technologies offer to the SMEs in order to foment their growth and expansion in the external markets.

Action 2: Delivery of the modules of the SMART-C2 Training Plan.

Teaching program and presential and on-line assistance for the teaching of the modules of the SMART-C2 Training Plan.

The Business Groups will be trained in internationalization training, adapting the training according to the cooperative strategy they adopt in order to increase exports. The training modules will consist of a theoretical and a practical part.

The theoretical part will consist of workshops and personal dynamics between entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs, and cooperative games where the value added generation that the collaborative strategies contribute to the group of exporters will be put into value.

The practical part will be real examples based on experiences of entrepreneurs who have decided to face export, to determine the real problems that entrepreneurs will face when it comes to investing abroad.

Action 3: Internship programs and visits to international exporter fairs.

To complement theoretical and practical training, a program will be developed to assist international fairs appropriate to the sector where entrepreneurs wish to invest.

It is necessary to overcome the initial rejection and aversion to the risk that a change to the outside produces in the entrepreneurs not accustomed to work with foreign people. In order to overcome this initial rejection, the entrepreneurs must be brought closer to the reality of the markets in which they wish to invest. To this end, it will facilitate entrepreneurs to visit international exporter fairs as a complementary and essential part of their training and adoption of an export culture and networking, in the approach of their future investment decisions.
